About the Happy Heather Project
In 2018 I listened to the audio version of Gretchen Rubins’ The Happiness Project and became a fan of her podcast where I learned about her Happiness Project Experience. The Happiness Project Experience is an online course that guides participants through their own happiness project. I initially started in 2019 but only made it a few months, before life got the best of me. Now that grad school is over and I have some more free time I decided to make a go of it again in 2024.
